How the transfer works

  1. You submit a request

    You specify which services need to be transferred and provide access details (if needed).

  2. We analyze

    We determine what exactly needs to be transferred, the timeline and the scope of work.

  3. We prepare the data

    Archives, database dumps, files, mailboxes, DNS records: everything related to your service.

  4. We perform the transfer

    We deploy the services on our servers and check that everything works.

  5. We switch DNS

    After checking, we switch domains, mail routing, SSL or servers.

  6. We complete the migration

    You check that the services work, and we give recommendations for further setup.

Requirements and conditions

  1. The transfer may require access to the old provider: control panel, FTP/SSH, IMAP, domain panel and so on.
  2. During the transfer, changes to the services should be kept to a minimum so that no data is lost.
  3. If non-standard software or a rare platform is used, the migration is estimated individually.
  4. Transferring large projects or servers may take extra time.
